In this CUPOLA FRESCO we see Jesus as a young boy surrounded by a group of scribes, who are listening, wondering, questioning, and disputing his interpretation of Old Testament, which we see beside him on the table.

The Resurrection

The Last Supper painting leads on to the fresco in the next cupola in the west: Christ Arising from the Grave.

The Tyrolean Martin Knoller created the seven cupola frescoes in 1770-1775.
The fresco “The last Supper” over the High Altar is located in the easternmost of the five cupolas of the church middle nave:
